Before you do

These four cover most of what people write in about, and they'll get you moving faster than waiting on a reply:

What to tell us

The more of this you include, the faster we can answer:

• The name of the font you're asking about
• What you were doing, what happened, and what you expected instead
• Your device — iPad, Windows laptop, Android phone
• The app you saw the problem in, if it's about how your font looks
• A screenshot, if there's something to see

If it's about how your font looks in a particular app, telling us the app matters more than anything else — the same font legitimately renders differently in Word, PowerPoint and a browser.

Billing

For anything about payments, refunds or cancelling, say so in the first line and include the email address on the account.

What we can't do

We can't recover handwriting you never wrote — if letters were never captured, they aren't anywhere to restore. We also can't make a font do things the font format can't do; where that's the limit, we'll tell you plainly rather than leave you trying.
