Billing, changing and cancelling

Everything lives in your account settings. Current prices and terms are on the pricing page — that is the one place they are kept, so it is always right.

Pro is not a rolling subscription

You buy a period of Pro outright. It does not renew itself, nothing is charged automatically later, and there is no subscription quietly running in the background.

That means there is nothing to cancel. If you want more Pro time you buy more, deliberately. If you do nothing, you return to Free and keep everything you made.

What happens when it ends

Everything you downloaded stays yours and keeps working. Your writing stays in your account. New fonts you make are Free fonts. What happens to your fonts if you cancel.

Buying more time

You can buy again at any point, including before your current time is up — it adds on rather than replacing what you have.

Payment

Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Your receipt comes by email when you buy; the email address is the one on your account — Your account and signing in.

Refunds

If something has gone wrong, write to us and say what happened. We would rather sort it out than have you stuck with something that did not work. Contact us — put "billing" in the first line and include the email address on the account.
