Your account and signing in

Sign in with an email address, or with Google or Apple.

Your fonts follow the account, not the device

This is the useful part. Sign in anywhere and your writing is there — so you can write on a tablet with a pen, then sign in on a computer to download and install.

There is nothing to transfer and nothing stored only on one device.

Use the same method each time

Signing in with Google creates a different account from signing in with the same address by email. If your fonts appear to be missing, this is usually why — you are in a second, empty account rather than having lost anything.

Sign out, sign back in the original way, and they will be there.

Changing your email

Change it in account settings. Your fonts and any Pro time stay with the account, and future receipts go to the new address.

Signing in without a password

If you signed up by email, you may get a sign-in link or a code rather than a password prompt. That is deliberate — there is no password to forget or leak. Check your spam folder if the mail does not arrive within a minute.

Your password is not ours

Sign-in is handled by Clerk, a specialist provider. We never store your password. With Google or Apple, we receive your email address and nothing else. Is my handwriting private.

Leaving

You can delete your account and everything in it — Deleting your account and data.

Locked out
