Your fonts

Everything you have made lives on your dashboard — the first thing you see when you sign in.

Each font shows its name and how much of your hand is in it so far. Open one to carry on working: add letters, rewrite the ones you want to change, and make the font again.

Your writing is what is stored

This is worth understanding, because it explains why nothing is ever really finished.

We keep the strokes you wrote, not only the finished font. So you can come back months later, add the letters you never got round to, and make a better font from the same hand — no starting over.

It is also why a font file going missing from your computer is not a problem. Download it again whenever you like.

Starting another

You might want a second font for a different hand — a family member's writing — or for a different style of your own, printed rather than joined.

How many fonts you can keep at once depends on your plan; the current terms are on the pricing page. If you are at your limit, deleting one frees the space, and deleting is deliberate rather than accidental.

Housekeeping

- Rename a font whose name no longer fits. - Delete one you are finished with. This removes the writing in it, so take a moment. - Saved versions keep good states of a font as you go — Saved versions.

A font you have already downloaded and installed is unaffected by anything you do here. That file is yours and stays working. Who owns your font.
